1. Services

Super Geeks provides electrical, technical, and related services, which requires the use of forms to retain accurate data. This includes estimates, invoicing, scheduling, and customer portal functionality.

thesupergeek.com and SuperGeeks LLC are owned and operated by Michael T Hancock as an independent contractor business.

2. Customer Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Billing and Payments

Estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due according to the terms presented on each invoice. Late, partial, or disputed payments may impact scheduling and service delivery.

4. SMS Terms and Consent

Program name: Super Geeks Alerts. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS from Super Geeks for account security (including 2FA), appointments, invoices, job updates, and customer support follow-up.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

If you opt out of SMS, non-SMS channels (email/portal/phone) may still be used for required service communications.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is delivered through our messaging service providers (including Twilio) only to operate this program.

5. Tennessee Regulatory Compliance

Services are offered subject to applicable Tennessee and local law, including contractor licensing and related obligations where applicable (including Tennessee Code Annotated Title 62, Chapter 6, and local permit/inspection requirements).

Independent contractor status statements describe business structure and do not waive or change statutory rights, duties, or obligations under applicable law.

6. Privacy and Security Safeguards

We apply administrative and technical safeguards including authentication controls, role-based access, security logging, and protected storage/access paths for customer records and files.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse portal access, interfere with system security, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, records, or infrastructure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Super Geeks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site or service use.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
